Ref: EMS no: EF063768046JP, in the name of Mr. K.Nihei

the mentiond shipment has been dispatched from JAPAN on 27th MAr, & we havent received the shipment, we tried ur head office & branch telephone no, but no responce from there end, & nobady is lifting the call also, we tried to trace no in www.indian speedpost.com, but there is no link for tracing EMS no,

kindly let me know about the shipment status, its very urgent,

& kindly sugest, how track the EMS no in web site, why the people are not answering for customer call,
