Jyoti Gas : oxygen chimney and gas hob

I have purchased Oxygen Gas hob and Chimney from jyoti gas, wanwori (next to shivarkar garden).

All the appliances are under warranty as I purchased it few months back. After installation chimney started malfunctioning. I have lodged complaint for that but service centre is not responding. They will never give perfect time to visit site. In fact installation was so bad that chimney broke down within few months time. I am just wasting my time and money to get work done. If any one have consumer complaint email address for oxygen company (manufacturer) please pass on.
