I have purchased Four Burner Gas Stove (Toughened Glass) & Oxyzen Cheymey amounting Rs 13, 500/- as on 22/10 from Jyoti Gas, Laxmi Road, Near Vijay Talkies, Pune-30.
After Warranty Period, 19 days passed & one burner of the Gas Stove was not working. The above complaint lodge on 10/11 to the Service Station, but they told me to pay Rs 300/- for servicing charges as warranty period is over. It is very bad to pay Rs 300/- for servicing as only 19 days passed out of warranty period for Well-known Co I told to the service station that I am ready to pay Rs 25/- for servicing, which is charges for Warranty Period. Till date no body attend my complaint. This is for your information and necessary action please.
