This is in regard to our Airtel PRI Landline numbers 42066666 with the Account number - 14245113.
I am writing this mail to complain in the strongest terms about the Poor / Fraudulent service that we have received from Airtel. We signed up to your telephone package in October because your executive Mr. Sunil Sagar (9910229295), Lead, Wazirpur suggested that AIRTEL shall provide us the Latest EPABX system than ACCORD (which we were using earlier).
In addition, he also promised to give us 100 virtual line facility (which we have got) but I would like to tell you that we cannot use more than 16 extension in our current EPBX system of SYNTEL, which is causing a huge problem in the staff of 25 people. In such a case when we asked the SYNTEL people to provide us more extensions as per usage they said they will charge 10, 000/- extra for installing a card that will support more extensions.
Mr. Sunil also said that he will deal with the problems quickly & efficiently, but I am sorry to say that soon after selling this package he almost disappeared. We tried his number 100 times a day but he didn't give any response to us. We launched multiple verbal and Customer care complaints to Airtel customer care but we didn't get a response that solved our issue. Almost every day we are launching complaint against him but finally I have to say that AIRTEL a well reputed & promising brand has grown to a size that they only value customer satisfaction in books.
The same issue has been referred to Mr. Nirmal, Wazirpur Airtel, Mr. Sandeep Singh, TSM, Wazirpur, Ms. Sanju Airtel Cust. Care (46076581).
RELIANCE IS OFFERING ALL FEATURES AND 30 EXTENSIONS WITHOUT CHARGING ANY EXTRA CARD FEES. WE ARE BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR AVAILING OUR EXISTING EXTENSIONS - (14 CURRENT EXTENSIONS). WE NEED 10 MORE EXTENSIONS AND THIS WAS CONVEYED FROM DAY ONE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE.
