I AM STAYING AT MALL ROAD, I HAVE TAKEN CABLE CONNECTION FROM KAKKAR CABLE NETWORK (OFFICE AT MAIN MALL ROAD, NEAR UNIVERSITY METRO STATION), OUT OF 30 DAYS 5 to 10 DAYS THERE WONT BE SIGNAL/SERVICE OF FEW CHANNELS, ESPECIALLY HE KEEPS ON CHANGING NETWORK SERVICES (I.E SITI, DEN, WIN) IF I ASK OR GIVE COMPLAINT, PROBLEM IS AT BACK HAND IT WILL BE CLEARED SOON THE REPLY WILL BE. I GAVE COMPLAINT OVER PHONE, NO BODY IS BOTHERED TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM, BUT IN OUR TV WE ARE GETTING DISTORTED SIGNALS, THEN I WENT PERSONALLY TO GIVE COMPLAINT SAYING THAT PLEASE RECTIFY THE SAME. IAM PLANNING TO TAKE OTHER CABLE SERVICES, THEN HE IMMEDIATELY SAID THERE IS NO OTHER SERVICES AVAILBLE IN THE AREA, I HAD THE MONOPOLLY IF U NEED THE SERVICES TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW???
