Efund of counselling amount

I attend the counseling of KIIT, kalinga, bhubaneswar, orissa, in the year 2008 having rank 561 (AIR) and opted electrical and electronics. But then after i cancelled my admission. But they doesn't refund the counseling amount.

so i want my counseling amount back
