My Laptop Back panel was broken, so i search in the internet i found the kalyan software's information from justdial.com. The agreed to change the my laptop back panel the fixed price of Rs.5500/- after one month I received my laptop I was shocked to see that my laptop back panel was farbricated with old broken panel insteade of replacing with new and more over they did not get my permission for fabrication and also they demand Rs.5500/- for that bad service. Please guide how to file case on that company
