Subject: Complaint regarding car loan A/c NO LAVID00012478298
Dear Sir,
This is regarding my car loan, I had applied for a car loan from your esteemed organization, for which Mr. Deepak contacted me to complete the finance formalities. I even deposited the margin money at Mechmen Motors (Tata Motors dealer) & vehicle (INDICA DLE) was delivered to me against margin money receipt on 22/01. After that as promised by Mr. Deepak the remaining amount was to be paid by your bank as finance amount. As I was satisfied with every thing I went for the first service of my car on 03/02 after the servicing I asked for my vehicle and then I was informed that there are some dues pending in my Account which was very surprising and embarrassing at the same moment, I went to account department of Mechmen Motors. They told me that they have received less amount I have to pay Rs. 31000/- more all this process was very harassing and humiliating for me as Rs. 31000/- or any amount is not the case, but arranging the amount unknowingly and instantly was a great trouble for me. For this I contacted your Bhopal branch on Phone No. 0755-4269120, to Mr. Vishal several times and also Mr. Jaideep (9993007907), they always gave me proper response, but of no use. Due to all these circumstances I had to suffer a lot.
Again due to Mr. Deepak 9826622239 I had to go through many problems following as under:
1. I was promised a loan Rs. 3, 24, 000/-
2. I got the loan of lesser amount.
3. My car was ceased at dealership, for the reason unknown….
4. Again the dealership gave the sale letter in back date as Mr. Deepak promised till 31st Jan which was not done.
5. Again I had to pay penalty at dealership for late payment.
Looking into all these points, I don’t think that even, if you are in my position will make you and give you any comfort. Again I was going to get my car financed from other invitation, but after hearing ICICI Bank, which is so called largest private sector bank, I agreed for the finance from your bank.
Again due to the false commitment of Mr. Deepak, I had to arrange extra money to pay at dealership. And this money was arranged from other sources on higher interest rates.
Please suggest me who should be held responsible for all this. And who is going to pay for my mental harassment and the insult I had to face at the dealership in front of all the employees of the dealership.
I am really sorry after facing all above problems and will make its sure that in the future, I will never consider your bank for any of my needs or requirements.

Dear Sir/Madam
I had launched compaint against my Car Loan for which the promised payment had not been made to the dealer without any intimation to me. I have been following up with you Bank officials for past one year without any resolution of the Issue.
Recently I have been udated that my case has been taken to CIBIL again without any resolution or intimation to me, Request you to please remove it from CIBIL and getting my Issue resolved, which may help me gaining my confidence back in your Banking Services and avoid me from taking any further legal action
