Sir,
I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: KT-6268, the supply of refill of cylinder being received through ‘KANDHARI GAS SERVICE’, Plot No. A-63, Pocket-00, Sector-2 Rohini New Delhi-110085. I have booked for the refill of cylinder with dealer personally on 22/11 and I have been told that I will receive refill cylinder within 3-4 days. But, I have not yet been received the booked cylinder. Thereafter, I have tried to contact the KANDHARI GAS over telephone, but as usual phone not been attended by the agency.
I strongly contempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further I request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.
