Excessive Delay in Delivery of LPG Refill

This is to bring the kind attention of concerned authorities towards the deficiency in service provided by Kandhari Gas Service, Sector - 2, Rohini.

Whenever I book LPG cylinder refill over phone, they say - you will get the refill in 2-3 days, but actually I never got it on time. After waiting for another 3-4 days if I make a phone call again to know the status - they show astonishment by saying something like "you haven't got it, ok you will get it today or tomorrow".

I noticed two thing.

(1) - they don't make the delivery until and unless you call them again to remind about it.

(2) - on an average it takes more than a week to get the refill.
