Defects in bag

I have purchased one laptop bag from Kanpur Leathers House Pvt Ltd, Durgapur, City Center, West Bengal. But after one day from purchase I found that there is some defects in the bag. I informed the same to the respective branch and they agreed to replace the bag from their Kolkata Showroom.

I visited the Kolkata showroom and discussed the same with the concern person and asked for replacement. But they refused to do so and their behavior was very rough and disappointing.

Then i visited the Kanpur Leathers House Pvt Ltd, Durgapur, City Center showroom again and the replaced the BAG.

but the very same day I found the same problem again, the carrying handle of the bag is tearing out. I informed the same to Kanpur Leathers House Pvt Ltd and they informed that these bags are having problem so they are going to stop selling these bag in December 09 and they can repair the bag in warranty period.

I dont want to use this faulty product any more and I want the monay back. Please let me know what to do next.
