I am Maya Ram s/o. sh. bhagwati parsad r/o. ramsra road Raman (Bathinda) punjab. I had diposited Rs. 2450/- for a new complete gas connection at about 22 months ago. after a few months, Kansal Gas agency, Raman gave us a regulater, stove & connection pipe. But, they did not issue us the new connection-copy & gas cylender. We visit many times for connection-copy & gas cylender but they did not pay attantion for us. At last we visit service center at Bathinda on date 13.08.2008. We talk about this matter with them. They talk with kansal gas agency at raman on the spot on phone. The owner of kansal gas agency say that they did'nt receive any amount from us. They said that the connection has been issued two months ago, and the cutomer can receive all the things after making the all payment of Rs 3450/-. After this conversation, the Sales Manager repeat this. on 16/08 evening, the agency sent one pc. filled gas cylender witout any payment. on 19/08/08 they gave our copy. But the copy has been issued on date 04/01. As we ask them for this, they abuse us.

In this way we get very harasment as well as money loss from Kansal Gas Agency. So kindly make necessary action as earlier as possible.
