Transfer of Complaint

I'm a LPG consumer with Bundelkhand Gas Service, Jhanshi, . Now I am shifted form Jhanshi to Delhi. My connection is more than 3 year old. I want to transfer it to Delhi. But the Agency is not agree to transfer it. They are still advioding, like we are waiting for comfirmation from jhanshi, i already want to submit it hand to hand. But they are telling we accept by post confirmation only, almost 2 month is going now but no one action taken as of now.on other side jhanshi they already send by post on 11-aug-09, but in my location Kansal Gas Services Karampura, they are not ready to accept this confirmation by hand.still they are waiting for confirmation Post.
