Not recieved PAN CARD

Dear Sir,

My name is Chirag Girishkumar Parekh. My PAN card no. is BAZPP0183K.

I had applied for PAN CARD on 14th march from KAPOL bank, borivali.

I had been assured by the person from the bank that I would receive my PAN CARD within a month. I have still not received it yet.

I checked out with the bank, I was told that the PAN CARD had already been sent. So I checked out at the post office. They said that they have not received it yet. My acknowledgement no. has also been misplaced.

So, I request you to look into my complaint and kindly inform me the status of my PAN.
