Cheating

Dear Madam/Sir,

Few days back i had purchased a mobile phone thru Ebay sites at Rs. 4298.00. But when i recieved the courier i found the Screen of mobile is Cracked.

Immediately i rang up to my seller in mumbai (mobilestores) Mr. Thapar but he says it might be fault of TNT couriers who have delivered it to you. And told me to contact them.

Then i contact to Mr. Amit bhatia in TNT courier, who says its not our fault... we have delivered the shipment as we have received it.

Now no one is cooperating... kindly let me know what to do now.

Please Help me out.
