MISLEADING RELATED TO FEATURES OF KARBONN K 451

As per brouchure and adds it has feature of torch but when i bought it one weak before then i came to know it has no such feature, and also it doent play properly video clips of any format, (Normally it plays 3gp format video clips but not too clear and it plays in very slow mode)

Karbonn organisation are misleading the people with so much of lies ur organisation neither earn nor stay in field.

So

Am giving this complaint in consumer court on monday so be ready to face me.
