Poor customer service

I have purchased handset K331 from NEW HI-TECH MOBILE SHOPEE, Shop no-103, Shivalaya Apt,

Opp. Janglee Maharaj Mandir, J M Road, Pune-5.

Date of Purchase-05-09

Model Type-K331 (Dual Sim)

On 18-09 handset started facing problem while charging. Handset was not charging.

So on 19-09 I contact your service partner Salora -Salora Int l Ltd2, 1548 A, Shadashive Peth Near new Vishweshwar bank, off Tilak Road Pune-30, with complaint ID-97.

I spoke with concerned person Miss Pragya and Mr. Nitin.

I was informed that handset will be repaired within one week. After that I contacted them, and got reply that it still hasnt been repaired as company is not providing parts to repair. Today 05-10 I again went to Salora -Salora Int l Ltd2 and got the revert that there engineer is not present. I found out that the phone was not even touched for repair as there was no note on the job card. Now I am told that the handset will be replaced for me. It very disappointing that you have selected such an incompetent service partner that they are not even bothered to answer the phone call.

I contacted your toll free number and spoke with Mrs. Chaudary. She has taken my details and going to contact the Salora -Salora Int l Ltd2.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and get my problem solved as soon as possible.
