Invalid IMEI no for my karbonn mobile k560 model

Hi,

I purchased karbonn mobile k560 model on 06-09-09 at hyd. The mobile is working fine but I got the message from our services providers that this mobile IMEI is invalid the mobile will get the call upto november 09 only. As I checked the mobile IMEI by using *#06# its showing only one IMEI no i.e. 910001860004586. My mobile supports dual SIM so it should display two IMEI no’s but it’s not.

At present I am in Bangalore. Could you please help me to get the solution for this in Bangalore.
