I m satified whith ur product but not service..so plz increes ur servise

I have purchased k444 Karbonn Mobile. since from the date of purchase the head phone lead are not working properly..i want to change it.

i apporached service centre and the worker are not ready to change it what had happened and they simple say come after 4 days or after one week.

i am not satisified with with the work Karbonn Service centre at lucknow (SRIRAM TOWER HAJRATGANJ)
