Issue with karbonn KC 555 mobile phone

I have bought a New Karbonn Mobile KC 555 yesterday and the phonebook is not working. I have contacted all the dealers of Kolkat on their website and they are stating that they are not the concerened person. Their 1800 number is also not getting connected and the other number 080-41378858 is also not responding. Please help me
