Hello, I am a MNC Engineer, I have buy a Karbonn KC 470 mobile set on 25-01, i was told that it has long battery backup, but my set has backup of only 2-3 hour. I have gone to service centre many times but they are ignoring customers & always say that we have no stock of this model. I am not getting new battery from market. please provide me a new battery as i am facing a lot of problem.
