I have purchased a karbonn mobile (Model K560) on 07-09 from Minnus Mobiles, Attakulangara, Trivandrum, Kerala, the copy of the purchase bill is enclosed.
On 15-04, the mobile could not be charged because of charging contact problem. I have approached the Minnus shop for repair of the mobile. They advised me to give the mobile to the authorised service centre Mobile point, Pazhavangadi, East fort, Trivandrum, Kerala. So I have given the mobile to the shop on 15-04, the copy of the service bill is also enclosed.
On 22-04 I approached the service centre Mobile point and asked for the mobile. They told me that they were unable to service the mobile and they offered for replacement of the mobile provided the mobile set package cover is given to them. Unfortunately, I don t have the package cover with me which is lost. When I told this to the service centre, they replied that they cannot replace the mobile if package cover is not given to them. They further told me that they will send the mobile to Service centre at Eranakulam, Kerala which will take ten days time. The mobile is still with the service centre.
As I need the mobile very urgently, to avoid the ten days delay, I request you to kindly arrange for replacement of the mobile immediately wiyhout the package cover. Kindly do the needful.
