I am not satisfies with your product

I have a karbonn k 10 handset. The problem is I can t install a java based software received from other phone. The software received via bluetooth is saved in the folder RECEIVED in the file manager. While selecting the file received the options doesn t show the option to install..How can I install a software in my handset. Pls help me.
