I am not satisfied with their service and the response from them is worst

Im raghava .i have purchased a mobile of karbonn brand model number is (kc555) in friends telecom in suprabhatha complex in banglore. IMEI NUMBER IS 910001950019858

im having a tranciever problem means i couldnt hear the voice which others speak to me and im facing this problem from past two months . i gave for service in karbonn service center in kurnool.they took the mobile for two days and replaced speaker of that tranciever and again the problem was not solved so i reported him again i gave him again same thing got repeated and again i gave him he told that he will send to main head office and gave me after 15days the problem was not solved and from then the other new problem araised that the next gsm was not recognized by the mobile and the problem was not solved my warranty gets finished by 221010 .so please help me to overcome this problem.

what should i do? im having 3 more days only .. so please remeber and suggest me what to do to get this problem? and what should i say to the customer care person..i took this mobile thinking that i would work properly and i would get suitable service but no one is helpful at this time for me
