Complaint for wrong product delivered at 07.00 pm on 15.09.2009 through indiatimes shopping
Please note that we had ordered Karce MP4 player (Karce Brand) on 28.08.2009 but today on 15.09.2009 receiveing one packet through courier First Flight, we opened the packet and were suprised to find another brand by name Soroo MP3, MP4.MP5 . The funniest part is that the retail invoice was inside the packet clearing mentioning Karce MP4 player (Karce Brand) order no. 2290152 .
My ref. no. when booked was 120384328080918. I find it very strange and I am in doubt about the integrity genuineness of Indiatimes shopping. Why should they change the product intotally? Trying to fool the customer? Please throw some light on this and change the product to original Karce MP4 as wad displayed in Mumbai mirror on 28.08.2009.
The worst part is when trying to contach on 9998308888 for complaints is always not avaiable throught the day.
Please reply immediatly I am in total confusion and disgusted by this type of shady dealing. Please pay our money back R. 1149/- immediatly or we will have to approach consumer forum (court) or publish in newspaper.
