I am fed up of receiving phone calls sometimes twice a day or more over my sons accounts when he has contacted you already. you will be getting £10 a month on both accounts as originally agreed and no more.

we already have a complaint reference 106737 regarding both accounts but you failed to deal with our problems .we have had no communication from you since 19 nov 08 i have therefore refered the complaint to the bankers ombudsman who is now dealing with our complaint.

you can add another complaint to your files harrassment of a debtor as the continual phone calls have become annoying to myself.

why with regards to my sons credit account have we not received any payment details since oct only annoying phone calls.

why has my authorisation to speak for my son suddenly stopped when i have had the right to deal with both accounts as he is dyslexic.
