I had booked tickets from sagar to bangalore in karnataka sarige express who's starting point is karwar, in the ticket the pickup point timings was given as 19.45hrs, but when enquired about the bus to the TC in the sagar bus stand, he told that the regular timing of the bus at sagar is 21.15hrs. when conacted to the ksrtc helpline, the lady did not repond properly, and I was asked to contact a different number. How can this happen? how can KSRTC put wrong timings in the internet, making the passengers to wait for more than one and half hour.
