Too many stray dogs in our colony

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint that there are too many stray dogs in our colony and they have been increasing and are creating a nusance. They have recently bitten few people as well. Everyone is scared to walk on the road due to this problem.

Also, there is a mentally retarded old lady who has been putting up in the colony, and she has been one of the reasons of this problem. All the dogs have found shelter with her. She is putting up on the street (pavement) and dogs just gather around her and live with her. She has also created lot of clutter around the area.

I would be very grateful if you could take appropriate action to get rid of this problem. Here is the address - 3346, Christian Colony, Bank Street, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005.
