Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing this mail with lot of frustration. Yesterday night @ 3.30 I lodged a complaint regarding the fuse blown in the transformer in front of our society with your office (0129 - 2412250). It is an herculian task to reachout to your office nos. As advised by them, I also spoke with the line man carrying the mobile no 9350426843. He told me that it will be attended soon. We were expecting a response from the staff atleast in an hour. Contrary to our expectation even after 9 am in the morning, nobody turned up.
We are trying to reach ur office continously, but nobody picks up the telephone or it is engaged. The mobile number which is the service number is switched off.
Can you pls let us know the how the consumer rights are protected here and how to escalate this to the higher authorities. This is not the first time we are facing this. This is a regular experience of all our secotrs.
