I MAKING PAN CARD WITH KARVY As per application - SAVIO MARIO DLIMA . BUT THEY WILL MAKING PAN WITH WRONG NAME-- SAVID MARIO DLIMA . I HAD GIVEN MY PASSPORT COPY FOR NAME PROOF WHAT VERIFICATION PEOPLE IS DOING I DON'T KNOW.
