No status recived for KYC appl.submitted

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we (Hdfc Bank Ltd-Malad east Branch-BM -Manoj Shroff0 had submitted one KYC applications form of one of our client Mr. Rakesh R Varma (Pan card No: AJNPV2509D). Our clietn has not recived any communication from Karvy nor from CVL for the status of his KYC application form which was submitted on 22nd nov at Karvy office in Mumbai. Our staf has been continously following up with staff of karvy but in vain as the staff shows helplessness in leting us know the status of the application form. If the KYC form is rejected the client need to know the reasons and should recived the rejections letter so that corrective action can be taken which has not followed. client has been follwoing with us on regular basis but we have no answer to inform him the reasons for rejections. Pls.intervene to help the client get his KYC done.
