Non delivery of Refill Gas in Time

Our Consumer No. K363

I have booked Gas cylinder on 22nd October. I have called Mrs. Bandana Singh on her Mobile number to book the cylinder because the two landline numbers are always busy, on 22nd oct but the booking was done on 25th october 3 days after making call. After making no. of calls Till today i.e 31st October we have not received the refill gas. They are saying that there is shortage of cylinder whereas this is not true. They are selling the Cylinder in Black at higher rates. They are distributing the cylinder in the colony's every day in bulk.

The staffs of Kasna Indane Gas Services are misbehaving with the customers.

Also when we request to weigh the cylinder they behave rudely and dont listen to us.

So

kindly solve the problem. We are borrowing cylinder from others to cook food.
