I make call on 17.07.2008 and ask operator to book cylinder and operator told that you can not book your cylinder till 15 days as we have delivered the cylinder on 08.07.2008. When I asked my home then got the information that we did not rceive any cylinder since last month then I again called to agency for the same matter then operator told ok we can book the cylinder because I could not understand your call. This type of mistakes done by agency and who is responsible for this type of problem, please take appropriate action against agency.
