Fraudulent Contract

Hi,

We have signed a contract with JUST DIAL INDIA to enlist our company under the print & packaging enlisted company in May.

To our dismay this contract was never executed however the money was charged from our account. Its been more than one year but nobody from JUST DIAL is interested in resolving the same. Several complaints have been made so far.

Details of the same are:

Contract No; 11047609, dated 20th March

Cheque no: 232939 Dated 20th March amounting Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four.

Kindly help to get the money refunded.
