We gave totally Rs13750/_, but the service was not as mentioned in the brochure and as promised by the agent.
1.Took extra Rs750/_ for giving good seat in bus, but got the last seats while travelling, which was very very uncomfortable. When called them asked for the same, they shouted at us and said "you should thank us for at least booking a ticket for you, anyways just adjust for 350Kms and after that you will a very nie hotel in munnar and return ticket is confirmed in Volvo". So with much trouble we completed the journey.
2.They changed the plan next day and instead of taking to Munnar took us to allepy. Almost half day was gone in travelling which was supposed to be finished in the morning only. So we missed the sight seeing at kumarakom.
3.Next day at Munnar, the hotel that was arranged for us was like a govt college hostel room. When called them asked we were told that there are no better hotels available, but after shouting for some time they gave us a much better hotel.
4.While returning no VOLVO bus was given to us, it was a normal bus.
