Dear sir/Madam,
I am an employee of KCS-BPO call center since 1yr. When I joined the company as a Customer Care Executive that time I signed the appointment letter that time I was clearly told that I will be working for 5days a week, but now company is forcing me (other employees also) to work on Saturday (full night). As I work in midnight shift so it's very difficult to work 6days a week. More over they are not paying any extra money for working on saturday. And if we raise the protest then we are threatened to be terminated. If we want to resigned by giving stipulated notice period then also our Ops.manger don't give us RELIEVING letter, instead of that they give termination letter. Even they block our salary. More over the employee whom they don't need in the company, though he or she may be perfect then also they will terminate (ON THE PERFORMANCE BASE) or they are force to resigned. Which is absolutely unfair & it;s a human wright's violations. So I request you to do needful for this complain. As this is very serious matter.
