Demat Req Form sent to KEC Office on 28/01/06 alongwith Death Certificate copy of M.B.Nambiar and Bank Authorised signature of B.Swaroop, Share certificates and other necessary papers from Ms. Integrated Enterprises Ind Ltd, Chennai requesting for Demat Request. This was returned without what is required from me further. I have not received any informations from company on Annual Reports, Bonus/Rights, Dividend, etc for many many years. Can I know what is required from my side as a checklist on docs to be sent to KEC Intl for my demat request.
