Dear Sirs,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we had exported goods worth US$ 11, 190.00 and US$ 6950.00 to Messrs. Von Sussen Ent., USA.

Unfortunately, his bank handed over the original documents to him despite our bankers clear instructions as Documents be given only against payment.

Till date we have not received our payment from the customer and even the bank Liberty Bank, USA is not responding to our calls.
