Mis behave and lighter related complain

Respected Sir/Madam,

With kind consideration i wise to explain the following for your favourable disposal.

I am Nawal Kishore ojha Consumer No-17637 add-1478/13 govindpuri, kalkaji, new delhi-110019, booked my cylender on 11/09 and after 7 days follow up when I personaly went at Kain Gas agency they told me "you booked after 132 days so give your papers again" but fact is not so before these booking when i booked my cylender they booked manualy.

And next problem is I Purchased the stove and Ligher from agency on dated 16/02 at the time of purchase they told me the gaurenty of Lighter is for 1 year but when mu lighter is not working properly i went at kain agency and told them about Lighter they mis behave with me and told that go to head office of Bharat gas and told them about our mis behave.

so please do needful for replace my lighter. I hope my application will be conside
