AC BLOWER MOTOR

I have done mistake by purchasing kenstar ac. my ac blower motor was not working. engineer from there authorise service center came to my office and promise that motor will be replace in 2 or 3 working days but now 10 days are gone there is no response from there side whenever i call them they just say that WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED MOTOR FROM THE COMPANY... room tempr is 40 degree and and i think so that they will not replace the motor in this season
