I would like to bring to your notice that I am facing water leakage in the KENSTAR AIR COOLER bought on 03.04.09 at Aurangabad.
I have first complained on the issue on 10.04.09 and the same got attended very next day.
But after few days the problem relapsed. Again I lodged complaint to their Call Centre on 21.04.09 (Vide No. AUR2104090051).
No body turned up.
Reason: As per their rule calling twice same day cancels the earlier raised complaint. Hence they are not liable to attend.
On 24.04.09 again called the call centre, they assigned me a fresh complaint no. (AUR2404090101).
They assured that the complaint will be solved by today. But no response yet.
When I enquired on today, they said that the earlier complaint got cancelled and they again assigned a fresh complaint no.(AUR2704090050).
It seems that the call centre of KENSTAR is there to issue only complaint no. rather to resolve the customer's problem.
Now I have become fadup with them and as summer is on I am facing lot of trouble.
Please suggest what steps do I need to take to get the newly bought cooler in order.
