Kenstor Micro Owan Service is Pathtic

I have Purchased KenStar Micro Owen last 6 months Back and It Started giving me trouble from last Two month and then i have booked a complaint for servicing on 17-Nov and the Complaint number is 9A006081117008 but till now no one came for servicing and i have called then 4 times and the only answer I will get is "sorry sir we will send the engineer today without fail" In my whole Lifetime I have never seen worst service than this... Its Disgusting and Pathetic... I am going to book a trail on KenSta
