Re:- Replacement of Display Card of black colour Model No 3110
I shocked to bring to your Knowledge that I have recently purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problem. The display card are checked by two service centre one center told me that it is not physical damage & other one told me that it is physical damage reason was told me that liquid is out from display card I told them to pls send my display card to service center how you can decide it is a physical damage or not but they pressurized me we will not send this service center.& they have charged Rs 750/- to replace the display card with only one month warranty. I told them to hand over my display card which has been replaced by you, but they have changed by display card & handover me a broken one. When I asked them to give my display card then they told me it is the same. I am aware that this center is making money by giving false statmt to customers. Request you to pls take necessary action against them.
