I have bought kent gold optima water purifier on 26/07. But the uf membrane is defective. It takes 8 hrs to purify only 1 lt of water from the 1st day. so I lodged a complaint at the customer care in Mumbai, who had given me a complaint no G42. But no one was coming to attend. I had called frequently at last after 2 weeks, one person of kent named Mr Pandey came and told that the UF membrane is defective should be changed. he said, "i will change it within two days", But 20 days have been passed till today, neither he nor the customer care respond to change it in spite of my frequent calls. The company has cheated me by providing defective purifier.
