Bad After Sales Service (Bad Behaviour)

With reference to my unit serial no KR080305795, I would like to highlight the bad behaviour

and arrongance of your technician during the service that has been provided to me. As per the

extended service contract, today on 10th October new service technician came, post his service i requested him to show me the TDS of water, for which i was told that he is not having the same and he is a trainee who has been sent to do the service and his supervisor is working near by. I told him i would not sign the document unless i read the TDS measurement. Post my communication, he spoke to his supervisor about the same over the phone, the name of the supervisor is Mr. Piyush Deb (he was the old technician who gave service previously).

He told me on the phone that he also is not having the machine to show me the TDS, i also told him that i will be unable to sign unless i saw the reading. Post my views he threatened me that i have to sign the same. After hearing the same i told him that i would speak about the same with your office, on hearing the same he told me i can speak to anybody i like but i would have to sign the document. At that point of time i disconnected the phone. In the meantime i spoke to your kolkata office about the same, unfortunately the CRM was out for lunch and the office promised me to get back to me on the same. In the mean time the supervisor came to my house with the trainee, he told me if you dont sign the document then give my your document which a coustomer has and i will

sign on the same and he was telling me that you have to give me the same. I said sorry and i cannot give you the same unless the tds is measured and is shown to me that the machine is working ok. Then he said i have to give him, i can speak to anyone i like if in kolkata office or delhi office he doesn't mind, he was forcing me to give hime the document for sign verbally.

He was behaving in a rude fashion and i had no option but to tell him please leave my house at once and i would not speak to him any more. Post his leaving the kolkata office called me up and i told them the same thing. My questions are :-

One how can you send some trainee without anyone accompanyiing him to a customer place.

Two, is the customer place a training place, who is going to take the responsibility is something goes wrong due to the work done by a trainee.

Three how can the service person can be rude to your customer, uses bad mouth and behave badly and force him to do something not to his liking?

The sheer arogance of the technician baffaled me. This type of incidents is getting a bad name to the company. Please look into the same and take appropriate action. Looking forward to your promt response.
