Dear sir,
I very Impressed with name and brand with KENT as it is serve world best class Purified Water
and I bought one kent grand from your Exclusive showroom AFFLUENT CORP."KENT SHOPPE" VAISHALI NAGAR, JAIPUR
vide invoice no 51 date 01.04.11 favering to me (Sohan Agarwal)
but It is to sorry to say that after buying I facing reguler problems :
At the time of sales Shop Director Mr Sharma commit to Installation next day that is 02.04.11 but fail to Installation timely
after calling sevral time thay depute one kent Aouthried delear to install and he reporting me on 05.04.11
at the time of installation he found that UV CHEMBER is likes and he advise to replace it
then I request to Mr. Sharma that pl replace unit but Mr. Sharma say that it is not possible and we will replace UV chember with in a day
after then I reguler touch with Mr. Sharma But he say that one or two days more and after passing 10 days UV chember replaced on 16.04.2011
But As I observe yet here is some problem in kent Unit like this
reject water coming more than 3 times of Purifier water
we use one time in day at Morning 30 ltr Purifier water and clean reject water tank than fully not in used but after not in used we found approx 30 Ltr Water at the
time of Evening in reject water tank
please look the matter and REPLACE DAMAGE UNIT
