The kent water purifier automatically starts overflowing and frequently gives an alaram sound.when we call u there is only 1 technician who comes and pretends to fix the product by charging us which is of no use cause it gives the same problem once he goes off...

i suggest a severe action must be taken on this company for cheating on customers.
