Spice jet - poor customer care

HI,

I am devaraj working for KGISL coimbatore, Today I have booked ticket using my credit card and transaction has been completed and I have received the travel insurance policy without ticket.

1) No mail confirmation from spice jet for booked ticket

2) As per my bank money has been deducted for tickets

3) no reponse from spice jet customer care number (min 1 hours with rough music)

Please do not choose spice jet for any of your travel plan.
