Improper service in gaurentee period

I am Praveen Jain purchased a emergency lamp (Model KEL-12T) manufactured by Khaital Electricals Ltd.by a retailer M/s Alimohammed Gulam Hussain at Ujjain on 17/04.My Bill no. is 3435, Address of retailer is 12, Kamri Marg Ujjain phone:0734-2584711.

The product service became improper during gaurentee period. The retailer is not repairing it and nor replacing it.

I have also cmplained to Khaitan Electricals Ltd. on phone 0734-2862205.But nobody responding there. I have also e-mailed at [email protected] and [email protected]. But these are fake mail-ids and bounced.
