Already, I have informed the below things on 19 March over phone and email.
Somebody called me and informed that, it will be rectified within a day.
Till now, none of your executives came to rectify the below issue.
Now, I understood, why 2 years warranty is provided for Khaitan fans. No quality. I am using ORIENT FAN for more than 12 years. Till now, there is no problem.
But, to my misfortune, the same problem is hapening repeatedly for the second time within 8 months.
Replacement can't help me out.
Improve the quality through R&D Dept.
